This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Pineapple Grove close to Downtown Delray Beach. It is a duplex property, and you are privately staying in the left-side unit with a private entry where there is a paved private backyard with parking spaces and landscaping throughout. This neat apartment unit is comprised of one bedroom, one bathroom, and a bright large open concept living & dining room with fully stocked kitchen. There is a Class II railroad nearby called Florida East Coast Railway which was built in the 19th Century by Henry Flagler. It is operational to this day and you may hear the trains a few times a day.

Large space in an excellent location! Close enough from the Main Street to walk, but far enough to feel more local. Beach is one mile away! Only downside are the loud trains that pass a few times per night. Wouldn’t recommend for a light sleeper.

We had a great stay at Ralph’s place! The place was beautiful and spacious, appeared just as it did in the photos. The patio was really great as well to sit outside during the nice weather. The location was also great, as it is walking distance to town, grocery stores, etc. Ralph was also a fantastic host and provided all the info we needed, as well as very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
